Read the status before acting
Open the private Atlaswap link associated with your exchange. The tracking shows the deposit waiting, confirmations, processing, and final payment when confirmed. The table below explains the statuses; only the actual file describes your operation. A temporarily unavailable display does not mean the funds have disappeared.
Find and read the hash of your transactionCompare the send and the order
Keep the file ID and the hash of the send from your wallet separately. Compare the network, asset, amount, address, and any memo with the deposit instructions. A broadcast transaction does not yet prove that the correct amount is received and sufficiently confirmed for this file.

Find support information in your file. Keep the exchange reference and deposit details. If a step asks you to open an external page, only use the link provided in that file. Do not publish your private link and never share your recovery phrase.
An operational review or a refund is not automatic

Do refund of fees and return of deposit mean the same thing?
No. The refund offer concerns verified fees after a completed eligible exchange. The possible return of deposited funds concerns the processing of a cancelled, failed or refunded exchange and follows the status specific to the file.
