Which reference to use?
| Reference | Where to find it | What it lets you verify |
|---|---|---|
| Exchange number | In the file tracker | The conversion steps and instructions for your file. |
| Deposit hash | In the details of the wallet's outgoing transfer, then in the tracker when available | The initial send on the network of the deposited asset. |
| Output hash | In the tracker, once the reference is available | The send to your address on the receiving network. |
Distinguish the order from the transfer
Start with the label of the copied reference. The exchange number finds your order in the Atlaswap tracker. The hash is used to search for a transfer in a blockchain explorer. A wallet address indicates a destination: these three pieces of information have different uses. An exchange number cannot be used to search for a confirmation in an explorer.
Find the hash on the right network
Open the transfer details in your wallet, then locate its transaction reference or explorer link. Check the network before starting a search and copy the full hash. For USDT, the symbol alone is not enough: the deposit might, for example, be on Ethereum or Tron. The Atlaswap tracker displays the deposit and final transfer references when available.
Check the network of a USDT transactionRead a confirmation without confusing it with the exchange
The explorer describes the state of the transaction on its network. On Bitcoin, inclusion in a block provides a first confirmation; subsequent blocks add more. On Ethereum, check the status and the indicated block. A confirmed transaction does not mean that all conversion steps are complete. Also check your exchange tracker; no number of confirmations guarantees a duration here.
Understand a token transfer
For a USDT transfer on Ethereum, the native value in ETH and the token transfer are different pieces of information. A transaction showing 0 ETH may still transfer USDT. Search for the transfer of the correct token and compare its amount and recipient. The main destination field may point to the token contract: it is not enough on its own to read the receipt of USDT.
Continue checks if the exchange remains stuckPrepare the right references for support
If the information from the wallet, explorer, and tracker does not match, prepare the order reference, the available hash, the asset, its network, and the time of the transfer. Indicate what each screen displays instead of only announcing that funds are missing. Contact official support from the tracker. Do not publish your private tracking link or your refund recovery code.
Frequently asked questions
My hash cannot be found: are my funds lost?
The absence of a result on an explorer is not enough to conclude that. First check the network, the complete hash, and the fact that it is indeed a transaction rather than an exchange number. Review the sending details in the wallet and compare them with the tracking.
Why do I have two hashes for a single exchange?
Your deposit and the sending to the recipient wallet are two operations. They can occur on different blockchains. Use the deposit hash to verify the initial arrival, and the exit hash to examine the receipt of the result.
Does a confirmed deposit mean that I should already have received the conversion?
The confirmed deposit is one step. The conversion and exit may still be in progress. Compare the state of the blockchain to the status of the file, then contact official support if the tracking seems stuck. Do not send a second deposit to try to force the update.
